The Joint Venture installed a new 6,700 square foot standing seam metal roof system on the dormitory and a 13,000 square foot standing seam metal roof system on the gymnasium. Construction consisted of the Butler MR-24® roof, new fiberglass insulation, and steel substructural members installed over an existing metal roof. Associated work included the removal of the existing single membrane roofing, gutters, and downspouts. New metal system includes new roof panels, fascia, gutters, downspouts, and miscellaneous flashing and counter flashings.
